Your Role: As our Accounts Manager , you’ll lead our accounting function while also playing a key role in Office Management, HR and operations. You’ll ensure our financial records are accurate, compliance is met, and our day-to-day processes run seamlessly. This role offers visibility into all aspects of the business, providing a unique growth and learning experience. What You’ll Do · Manage full accounting lifecycle: ledger entries, invoicing, payments, reconciliations. · Ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, other taxes). · Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and liaise with auditors and tax consultants. · Handle payroll and employee expense reimbursements. · Implement internal controls and financial policies. · Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes. · Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning. · Supervise support staff (admin, reception, housekeeping, etc.). · Implement office policies, procedures, and ensure compliance. · Maintain employee records and manage attendance/leave. · Oversee accounts-related operations, procurement, and vendor relationships. · Manage vendor contracts, payments, and service agreements. · Ensure smooth workflow and quick resolution of operational issues. What We’re Looking For · Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role. · Strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. · Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally or similar). · Familiarity with HR functions and labor law compliance. · Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. · High integrity, discretion, and reliability. · Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional responsibilities. Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Professional Credentials (Preferred): CA Semi-Qualified / CA Inter / ICWA / CMA Part-Qualified.
