· Manage full accounting lifecycle: ledger entries, invoicing, payments, reconciliations.
· Ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, other taxes).
· Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and liaise with auditors and tax consultants.
· Handle payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
· Implement internal controls and financial policies.
· Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes.
· Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
· Supervise support staff (admin, reception, housekeeping, etc.).
· Implement office policies, procedures, and ensure compliance.
· Maintain employee records and manage attendance/leave.
· Oversee accounts-related operations, procurement, and vendor relationships.
· Manage vendor contracts, payments, and service agreements.
· Ensure smooth workflow and quick resolution of operational issues.
· Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
· Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally or similar).
· Familiarity with HR functions and labor law compliance.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
· High integrity, discretion, and reliability.
· Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional responsibilities.
