Job Title - Accounts Manager

The Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes. This role involves managing the accounting team, preparing financial reports, maintaining financial records, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare, review, and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
• Perform variance analysis to support business decisions.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Oversee invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Review and approve AP/AR reconciliations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory and audit requirements.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and guide the accounting team in daily operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training when needed.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the department.

Systems & Process Management

• Maintain and improve accounting systems and workflows.
• Support implementation of new financial software or process enhancements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all accounting platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Salary -65K to 75K
