Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware issues in laptops, desktops, Laptop QC and peripherals. Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and software applications. Perform preventive maintenance and regular health checks on systems. Handle system formatting, OS reinstallation, driver updates, and patch management. Replace and service hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, display, keyboards, power supply, etc.). Manage antivirus installation, updates, and malware removal. Provide on-site and remote support to end users for technical issues. Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and service records. Coordinate with vendors/service centers for warranty claims and escalated repairs. Ensure timely resolution of service calls and meet SLA requirements. Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field. Proven experience (3 years) in laptop and desktop hardware servicing. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with BIOS/UEFI, drivers, networking basics, and data backup/recovery. Experience with brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, etc. (preferred). Good communication skills and ability to interact with end users. Skills Required: Hardware troubleshooting (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, PSU, etc.). Software installation & OS troubleshooting. Knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP configuration, and networking basics. Time management and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented with a focus on service quality.
