Job Description

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Handle monthly closing activities, trial balance finalization, and ensure books are audit-ready.
Operate and manage accounting functions using Tally ERP.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.
Lead and mentor team of junior accountants or trainees.
Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants for finance-related matters.
