Your Role:

Accounts Manager

What You'll Do

Manage full accounting lifecycle: ledger entries, invoicing, payments, reconciliations.

Ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, other taxes).

Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and liaise with auditors and tax consultants.

Handle payroll and employee expense reimbursements.

Implement internal controls and financial policies.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes.

Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Supervise support staff (admin, reception, housekeeping, etc.).

Implement office policies, procedures, and ensure compliance.

Maintain employee records and manage attendance/leave.

Oversee accounts-related operations, procurement, and vendor relationships.

Manage vendor contracts, payments, and service agreements.

Ensure smooth workflow and quick resolution of operational issues.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally or similar).

Familiarity with HR functions and labor law compliance.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

High integrity, discretion, and reliability.

Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional responsibilities.
