· Oversee the complete accounting lifecycle: journal entries, invoicing, banking, reconciliations.
· Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow projections, and budgets.
· Ensure timely statutory compliance: GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, PT, and all regulatory filings.
· Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
· Implement and monitor internal controls, SOPs, and financial policies.
· Track investments, portfolio-related financial data, and fund flows.
· Review vendor payments, expense claims, and procurement documentation.
· Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee documentation.
· Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
· Oversee daily office operations and ensure seamless functioning.
· Ensure adherence to office policies and operational compliance.
· Work with OFAAFO portfolio companies to oversee MIS & Financial Reporting on a monthly basis.
· Proven experience in finance, accounting, and compliance management.
