Job Description

As a Finance Manager in our healthcare organization, your role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our operations. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports regularly to track the financial performance of the organization. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, and other tax requirements to avoid any penalties or legal issues. - Coordinate with auditors to facilitate timely audits and accurate financial reporting. - Manage cash flow, bank transactions, and reconciliations efficiently to maintain optimal liquidity. - Implement and uphold internal financial controls and procedures to safeguard the organization's financial assets. - Monitor financial performance closely and provide strategic insights to senior management for informed decision-making. - Supervise and lead the accounts team effectively to ensure smooth operations and productivity. For this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and key skills: Qualifications: - M.Com or MBA in Finance from a recognized university or institution. Experience: - 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management. - Prior experience in a healthcare/hospital setting is an added advantage. Key Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Good leadership and team management capabilities. - Attention to detail and accuracy. In addition, technical skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and experience with accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books are advantageous. A familiarity with billing systems used in healthcare settings is also beneficial. Your communication and soft skills are equally important, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and the local language, and demonstrate courtesy, empathy, and professionalism in patient interactions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly are essential for success in this role.,
