The Impact you will have in this role: Associate Technical Writers at DTCC create documentation, in-product help and other content that help clients and stakeholders to use DTCC products correctly. They develop knowledge of given DTCC products and gather information on business line strategies and initiatives along with end user needs to apply in developing documentation solutions that optimize the client experience, supporting's more independent use of DTCC products. Types of deliverables include user guides, in-product help, technical specifications, best practice documents, FAQs and more.
