  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MBA / B.Tech / M.Sc. (Environmental Science / Biotechnology)
  • Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across India

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new clients across India
  • Maintain sales and marketing records systematically
  • Gather customer feedback and share with relevant departments for product/service improvements
  • Monitor order dispatch status and update customers regularly
  • Coordinate with office teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders
  • Conduct client visits and build long-term relationships
  • Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations, and convert leads into confirmed orders
  • Manage inquiries efficiently and provide customized quotations
  • Understand client requirements and ensure suitable solutions are offered
  • Coordinate with support and proposal teams for preparing technical offers and submissions
  • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate system functionalities to clients
  • Engage in techno-commercial discussions with clients regarding offers/proposals
  • Negotiate terms of tenders and government contracts
  • Assist the project execution team during implementation and follow up on payments
  • Prepare and submit regular sales projections and reports
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and marketing events
  • Collect and analyze information about potential customers and competitors
  • Identify and generate leads for biogas projects (industrial, commercial, and agricultural)
  • Develop relationships with farmers, industries, poultry units, and government bodies
  • Present solutions, benefits, and ROI to potential clients
  • Coordinate site visits, feasibility studies, and client meetings
