We're looking for an experienced BDM to join our team in Noida. The Ideal candidate should have experience in solar energy , Renewable energy and government tenders.

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Noida

Department: Sustainable

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary - upto 7.00 LPA

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and analyzing potential markets, customers, and opportunities for solar energy projects.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in solar technology.
  • Identifying and approaching potential clients, including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target markets.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of professionals involved in business development, sales, and project management.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management
  • Strong understanding of solar technologies and renewable energy industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of government policies and regulations related to solar energy
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management
