International Sales Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in international business development. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with excellent communication and team management skills to drive company growth across domestic and global markets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the companys international and domestic business.Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure smooth order execution.Manage client communications, proposals, and negotiations effectively.Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings.Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and relationship management.Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in international sales & marketing. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical components. Excellent communication and presentation skills. English proficiency fluent in both written and spoken communication. Technically sound with exposure to engineering / industrial products. Proactive, analytical thinker with a strategic approach.
