Job Description

We are looking for a skilled International Sales Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our sales team in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales and a proven track record of success in developing relationships with key decision-makers. This position is based in Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, social media, and other channels.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients and partners.
  • Drive and deliver the sales goals of the organization in alignment with company's sales plan.
  • Generate new leads, qualify them, and partner with internal solution and sales teams to close orders.
  • Execute the sales plan and process, including coordinating all necessary internal and external resources to best position the firm to secure the business.
  • Actively work with networking contacts, professional affiliations, industry groups, and related Centers of Influence.
  • Support Partners, Principals, and other stakeholders in cross-selling additional services to existing clients where appropriate.
  • Work closely with local and national marketing resources to develop effective, targeted go-to-market plans for the industry teams they support.
  • Search and qualify opportunities with markets currently not served by the firm.
  • Follow up with customers to understand their satisfaction level regarding the product and services delivered.
  • Maintain cross functional alignment in the best interest of the organization.
  • Maintain MIS and other required reports of the sales team.
