Responsible for verification of certified RA bills Identification and preparation of extra -items. Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material. Estimating and costing Rate Analysis Preparation and certification bar bending schedule Back-to-back contractor billing Sub-contractor Billing. Requirements Must have 5 years experience in relevant profile. Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally Commercially and financially aware Strong analytical skills Strong technical mindset and able to read and interpret technical data and translate to others Results orientated and organized with the ability to deliver against deadlines
