Technical Manager – Water Treatment Division Location: Vapi, Gujarat Company: Konia Chemicals About the Role Konia Chemicals is hiring a Technical Manager to lead our water treatment service operations for major industrial clients across India. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who excels in troubleshooting, process optimization, and client management within Cooling Water, Boiler Water, RO, and Softener systems. You’ll act as the technical backbone of our field operations — diagnosing issues, guiding service engineers, and ensuring consistent system performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for water treatment systems. Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent scaling, corrosion, or biological fouling. Analyze site data and prepare professional performance and service reports. Collaborate with clients and service teams to improve operational efficiency. Train and mentor field engineers on technical best practices. Support audits, proposals, and technical reviews for client accounts. Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in industrial water treatment. Strong knowledge of cooling towers, boilers, RO, and softeners. Excellent English communication and reporting skills. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and general professional tools.
