Purpose of the Role

To manage and expand B2B and retail (medical shops) business development in the assigned territory by engaging with medical retailers, promoting an effective e-commerce platform, and ensuring transparent pricing, reliable delivery, and excellent customer service.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Visit medical retailers and chemist stores in Jadavpur and nearby areas as per the planned daily roster.


• Present and promote the concept of B2B e-commerce to medical retailers, emphasizing transparent pricing, assured same-day or next-day delivery, and superior product quality.


• Generate and process retailer orders to achieve assigned sales targets.


• Collaborate with the team leader to resolve retailer concerns and ensure smooth operations.


• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailers to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.


• Collect and share market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.

Requirements

• 2 6 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.


• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
