Purpose of the Role

To drive B2B and retail (medical shops) business development in the assigned territory by engaging with medical retailers, promoting an e-commerce business model, and ensuring transparent pricing, reliable delivery, and superior customer satisfaction.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Visit medical retailers and chemist stores in Shyambazar and nearby areas as per the planned daily roster.


• Present and promote the concept of B2B e-commerce to medical retailers, emphasizing transparent pricing, assured same-day or next-day delivery, and uncompromised product quality.


• Generate orders from retailers and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.


• Collaborate with the team leader to address and resolve buyer concerns effectively.


• Build and nurture long-term relationships with retailers to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.


• Gather market insights, including competitor activities and customer feedback, and share them with the team for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2 6 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.


• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
