Purpose of the Role

To drive B2B and retail (medical shops) business development in the assigned territory by engaging with medical retailers, promoting the e-commerce platform concept, and ensuring transparent pricing, reliable delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Visit medical retailers and chemist stores in Baruipur, Sonarpur, and nearby areas as per the planned daily roster.


• Present and promote the concept of B2B e-commerce to medical retailers, highlighting benefits such as transparent pricing, assured same-day or next-day delivery, and consistent product quality.


• Generate new orders from retailers and meet assigned sales and revenue targets.


• Collaborate closely with the team leader to address and resolve buyer issues efficiently.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.


• Gather and report market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2 6 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.


• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
