We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager Climate Change to join our sustainability and climate action team. This role will be pivotal in expanding our climate-related services, building strong partnerships, and developing strategic solutions around carbon markets, ESG, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Lead business development for climate change, sustainability, ESG, and carbon credit-related services Develop and execute client engagement strategies to secure national and international projects Coordinate with internal technical and consulting teams to prepare tailored proposals Identify tenders and funding opportunities from corporates, multilaterals, and government agencies Represent the organization in external meetings, webinars, and conferences Stay updated on policy changes, market trends, and global climate initiatives Maintain and grow client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships Track business leads and ensure timely conversions aligned with revenue goals Report key business metrics and forecasts to the Managing Director Candidate Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in business development roles, preferably in climate change or sustainability domains Strong understanding of carbon markets, GHG accounting, ESG frameworks, and climate policy Proven ability to win and manage consulting projects in a competitive environment Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship skills Masters degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Policy , or related field

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities • Responsible and accountable for overall management and construction of ground mounted solar projects( AC side installation) being executed at various sites locations in India as per the targets and timelines set by the Organization. • Responsible for forecasting of Resource requirements for the planned and assigned work and preparation of daily work schedule and assigning the jobs to all the subcontractors with function wise job distribution. • Responsible for managing a team of Engineers, Junior Engineers, Supervisors and technicians for supervising the work and ensuring the successful deliverables assigned to them. • Responsible to Analyze and assess the risk factors involved during the execution of work and report the same to Project Head. • Responsible to Constantly Monitor and Report the work progress to the Project Head. • Responsible to prepare a daily report on the work progress and plan for next day schedule. • Responsible for Quality of construction and workmanship from all the contractors as per organizational targets. • Responsible to maintain the best safety practices at site with zero accident and safe man-hours as per organizational targets. • Responsible for applicable documentation and handing over of the project to O&M with closure all punch points. Profile & Eligible Criteria • B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with Min 2-10 Yrs. of work Experience. • Should have good knowledge of Speaking, Reading and Writing. • Should have good MS Office Skill. • Should have executed following erection work i.e. IDT, OFC Cable Ring formation, HT Joints and termination, HT Panel, Power & Control cable laying. • Should have knowledge of WTI , OTI, NIFPS etc. methodology

Role & responsibilities Analysis of the Environmental related aspects of various projects taken up under the project and provide necessary inputs. Monitoring of the Projects in the field in lieu of Environmental Impact and develop mitigation strategies. Analysis and finalization of World Bank mandated documents such as Environmental and social Impact Assessments (ESIAs), Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF), Environmental & Social Management Plan (ESMP and Environmental & Social Due Diligence Report (ESDDR) Advise Project Implementing Agencies (PEA) on marine environmental regulations and world Bank regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards Review the DPR and other supporting documents prepared by PEAs Coordinate with other Government departments and agencies, academic institutions for data inputs Support PEAs in coordinating and communicating on technical work related to DPR and other World Banks Environmental and Social Standards Assisting CMD & MD for conducting periodic review meeting with PEAs and to collect the project status report Monitor progress and prepare progress reports for submission to the Government of Tamil Nadu and the World Bank Any other official responsibilities in respect of the project as assigned by the CMD and MD TNSHORE Coordinate among various eminent institutions for arriving at interventions based on latest technological and scientific advancements to design and implement interventions under the project with respect to Coastal Protection • Pollution Abatement • Bioshields and Nature Based Solutions. As a Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the preparedness and mitigation efforts for natural disasters in the community. This includes developing contingency plans, conducting risk assessments, and building the capacity of NGOs, CBOs, youths, and other stakeholders in disaster preparedness. You will be tasked with identifying vulnerable locations and mobilizing communities in high-risk districts for intervention programs. Additionally, coordinating with grassroots stakeholders and implementing standard operating procedures for disaster preparedness will be crucial aspects of your role. You will play a key role in training community members and stakeholders on disaster preparedness and mitigation strategies. Building partnerships with various stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of Disaster Risk Reduction initiatives will also be a significant part of your responsibilities. Monitoring weather advisories and serving as the main point of contact for disaster response in your assigned districts will be essential for timely and effective communication during extreme weather events. To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in disaster management and a degree in Climate Change, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or Disaster Management. Experience in community-based Disaster Risk Reduction and mitigation planning is desired.
