Job Description

As a Sales Strategist at the company, your main role will be to own the sales processes and ensure consistent, data-driven execution across the sales funnel. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows, aligning messaging with buyer intent, and maintaining smooth sales cycle operations. Key Responsibilities: - Design and manage the relationship strategy for outreach, follow-up, and re-engagement. - Ensure appropriate connections with prospects by delivering the right message at the right time. - Supervise lead prioritization and maintain accurate pipeline status using tools like Pipedrive and Missive. - Guide messaging and timing strategies for inbound, outbound, nurturing, and re-engagement workflows. Sales Cycle Oversight: - Monitor the entire sales cycle to identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively. - Evaluate communication threads, reports, and engagement data to gauge effectiveness. - Ensure consistency in lead progression across all pipeline stages. - Provide insights and recommendations based on performance trends and conversation history. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with the Sales Copywriter to ensure content aligns with strategic goals. - Partner with the Sales Associate to ensure tools and systems support desired outcomes. - Work closely with Account Managers to stay updated on prospects, deals, or follow-ups. - Report to and collaborate with the Sales Consultant to refine overall sales strategy and structure. Desired Skills: - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or sales coordination, preferably in a B2B or agency environment. - Proficiency in sales cycles, lead scoring, prioritization, and pipeline management. - Strong analytical skills and a focus on optimization and clarity. - Ability to drive process improvements independently. - Ability to interpret metrics, engagement data, and CRM insights effectively. - Strong communication skills and the capacity to influence decisions. Nice to Have: - Experience in agency, SaaS, or B2B services. - Familiarity with CRM and task management tools like Pipedrive, Missive, or Notion. - Exposure to building or supporting a sales engine from inception.,
