Job Description

As a Presales Expert at Tapadia Tech, your role involves working on Presales and Business Development activities for SAP solutions in the global market. Your responsibilities include: - Supporting customer engagement sales cycles by understanding customers" business requirements and promoting the value proposition of SAP solutions - Defining and executing market-oriented solution strategies to create business opportunities and increase revenue - Identifying, understanding, and defining customer needs, objectives, and business requirements to design solutions that best meet clients" requirements - Communicating business requirements to project/implementation teams after the completion of sales to ensure a smooth transition - Developing presentation material and demonstration scenarios for sales presentations to showcase how existing business processes can be mapped against R/3 or enhanced - Demonstrating the value of the solution and building strong working relationships with prospects and development teams - Supporting prioritized sales cycles with strategy, competitive positioning, demonstrations, and presentations - Assuming a key role in opportunity planning, strategy, solution approach, and competitive positioning - Actively supporting sales teams in promoting and identifying solutions, articulating functional fit and completeness, and responding to bid cycles - Contributing to pipeline and revenue increase through participation and coordination of demand generation activities - Possessing a strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills - Staying up to date with new trends within SAP, competitors, partners, and the IT industry - Attending industry seminars and events to raise the profile of Tapadia Tech and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with a large, multinational software/technology organization - Experience with SAP projects and knowledge of the SAP solution portfolio in presales, consulting, or implementation roles - 1+ years of experience in sales-related activities such as sales support, presentations, product demonstrations, request for proposals, and end-user training - Understanding of sales cycles, customer motives, and buying criteria - University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance - Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of presenting to various group sizes and levels within customer organizations - Strong analytical, problem-solving, process, and solution-oriented abilities - Ability to partner across various functional groups and work independently or in virtual teams - Willingness to take responsibility, drive engagements, and work effectively in a complex matrix environment - Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and writing skills to interact successfully with stakeholders and customers - Customer and sales focus with the ability to influence prospects - Proficiency in English at an advanced level Join Tapadia Tech as a Presales Expert and contribute to the success of SAP solutions in the global market.,
