Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing strategic practice & Automation initiatives from inception to completion. Your role will involve serving as the central point of contact across practice, T&A, sales, pre-sales, marketing, delivery, and client teams to ensure seamless execution of complex sales pursuits, proposals, and customer engagements. The ideal candidate for this position combines strong project management skills with a deep understanding of sales cycles, stakeholder management, and customer-centric delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and engagement of offerings and capabilities to sales & solutions including RFP/RFI responses. - Collaborate closely with sales leaders, account managers, solution architects, legal, and finance teams to align on deal strategy and execution. - Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure timely decision-making for critical milestones in the sales lifecycle. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for sales pursuits. - Track and report progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring issues are proactively addressed. - Ensure compliance with internal governance processes, customer requirements, and contractual obligations. - Facilitate internal and external meetings with professionalism and clarity, driving actions to closure. - Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, knowledge management, and future reference. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales engagement frameworks, tools, and methodologies. **Qualification Required:** - Product management/sales related experience - Agile certification In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the desired skill sets for this role include: - Technical and commercial orientation - Good knowledge of the local market - Solution orientation, ability to perceive end-to-end solutions. - Data analysis (based on consultant reports) and representation. - Strong business acumen and industry knowledge - Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies. - Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation skills. - Product Architecting, Engineering, and Product Management.,
