Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Department Location:- Jhilmil Industrial Area own two wheeler is mandatory. Salary:- 15000 to 20000 +Incentive Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager / Head of Sales & MarketingJob Overview:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales process, developing and executing marketing strategies, and enhancing brand visibility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for sales, and a creative mindset for marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking events, etc.). Research potential clients and industries to identify opportunities for sales. Sales Presentations & Meetings: Schedule and attend client meetings to present products/services and understand client needs. Prepare tailored sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Follow up with potential clients and customers to close sales and resolve any post-sales issues. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, conversions, and overall performance. Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to monitor sales leads and pipeline. Marketing Responsibilities:Campaign Development: Design and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote products and services to target audiences. Plan, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies using both digital and traditional marketing channels. Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, case studies, blog posts, and email campaigns. Coordinate the creation of digital content, including graphics, videos, and social media posts. Brand Promotion & Awareness: Enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market through various promotional activities, online presence, and content marketing strategies. Manage and optimize the company’s digital marketing channels, including social media, website, and SEO strategies. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed on competitor strategies, industry trends, and customer needs. Use market insights to refine sales and marketing strategies. Event Management: Plan and coordinate events such as product launches, trade shows, webinars, and conferences to promote the company and its offerings. Performance Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics tools, customer feedback, and sales data. Provide recommendations to improve future marketing and sales strategies. Skills & Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Sales & Marketing Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with digital marketing techniques (SEO, social media, email campaigns, etc.). Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate deals, close sales, and build long-term relationships with clients. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and campaign performance to optimize strategies. Creativity & Innovation: Creative approach to problem-solving and marketing strategy development. Ability to think outside the box and come up with unique ways to reach and engage customers. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, customer service) to achieve business goals. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing platforms. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. Number of qualified leads generated and converted into sales. Increase in brand awareness and engagement on digital platforms. Successful execution of marketing campaigns and events. Customer satisfaction and retention rates. Additional Information:Work Environment: Fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. Travel: Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, events, or trade shows.
