We are hiring sales-driven professionals who are passionate about performance, incentives, and communication. As a Sales & Marketing Executive in the cash gaming space, you will help grow our user base, build affiliate/channel networks, and drive revenue through direct sales efforts. Prior gaming knowledge is not necessary—we value sales hunger over background . Key Responsibilities: Drive user acquisition and revenue through direct and indirect sales channels. Pitch cash gaming platforms to potential users, affiliates, and resellers. Build strong partnerships with gaming agents, gaming communities, and influencers. Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads and follow-ups using CRM tools. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. Provide feedback from the market to help shape product and promotion strategies. Candidate Requirements: 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development . Strong verbal and written communication skills . High level of self-motivation and target-orientation . Willingness to learn about cash gaming models and compliance. Comfortable with fieldwork (if required) or remote calling/digital outreach. Good to Have (Optional): Knowledge of online gaming platforms (e.g., Rummy, Poker, Fantasy Sports, Ludo, etc.). Experience with affiliate sales or influencer partnerships.
