Sales Operations Prepare RFQs, proposals, customer presentations, and costings. Coordinate with operations, pricing, customs, warehousing, and transportation teams to ensure service feasibility. Negotiate rates with carriers, transporters, and vendors whenever required. Ensure accurate documentation and smooth onboarding of new clients. Reporting & Coordination Maintain daily/weekly sales reports, visit reports, and opportunity trackers. Update CRM or internal sales management systems. Participate in internal sales meetings and contribute ideas for growth. Required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of international freight forwarding (Air & Sea), Incoterms, HS code basics, and customs procedures. Good knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and domestic transport services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to present logistics solutions and handle customer objections. Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: logistics, supply chain, commerce, or business). 1–3 years of experience in sales within freight forwarding/logistics industry (freshers with strong interest can be considered). Valid driving license (if required for client visits).
