We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in ASO services , affiliate marketing , and publisher acquisition . You should come from the vendor-side of the industry (ASO tool providers, affiliate networks, performance marketing agencies), with hands-on experience in driving installs and revenue through B2B partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pitch, and onboard publishers, traffic sources , and media partners for mobile app promotion. Negotiate and close ASO partnerships (featured listings, keyword pushes, editorial support). Drive CPI and CPS campaigns through affiliate or direct traffic channels. Maintain long-term relationships with publisher accounts and deliver growth targets. Work closely with the product and UA team to ensure campaign performance and compliance (Google Play/App Store). Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development for ASO services or affiliate marketing . Strong existing network of app review sites, incentive traffic sources, or loyalty platforms. Proven experience in user acquisition for mobile apps , especially in casino or gaming verticals . Strong negotiation and communication skills. Must be target-driven , self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced digital environment.
