Sales and Marketing Executive

We are hiring sales-driven professionals who are passionate about performance, incentives, and communication. As a Sales & Marketing Executive in the cash gaming space, you will help grow our user base, build affiliate/channel networks, and drive revenue through direct sales efforts. Prior gaming knowledge is not necessary—we value sales hunger over background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive user acquisition and revenue through direct and indirect sales channels.
• Pitch cash gaming platforms to potential users, affiliates, and resellers.
• Build strong partnerships with gaming agents, gaming communities, and influencers.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback from the market to help shape product and promotion strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of self-motivation and target-orientation.
• Willingness to learn about cash gaming models and compliance.
• Comfortable with fieldwork (if required) or remote calling/digital outreach.

Good to Have (Optional):

• Knowledge of online gaming platforms (e.g., Rummy, Poker, Fantasy Sports, Ludo, etc.).
• Experience with affiliate sales or influencer partnerships.
• Network in gaming cafes, digital agencies, or college gaming clubs.
