Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Chat Support) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, and efficient in handling user queries and concerns through chat support. Key Responsibilities: Handle 100-150 chats daily , ensuring timely and accurate responses. Maintain a CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) target of 70% or higher. Address user queries and resolve platform-related issues effectively. Record details of user concerns and provide solutions with follow-up via email . Ensure high-quality customer service while managing multiple conversations. Requirements: Experience in chat support or customer service is preferred. Excellent written communication skills in English. Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach . Comfortable working in a hybrid work model (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH). Job Type: Full-Time Shift Timings: Day Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM Split Shift: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM & 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM (Both shifts are 9 hours) Week Off: 2 rotational days off (not fixed) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Work Location: In person
