About the Role:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive with experience in app-based or internet product companies, who can drive partnerships, user acquisition, and growth for our real-money gaming platform. Candidates with experience in fintech, ed-tech, e-commerce, or any digital app-based company are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new users, partners, or affiliates to our gaming platform.
• Identify and convert potential leads through digital outreach (calls, social media, in-app promotions).
• Drive product adoption and user activity through strong relationship management.
• Configure and explain app features, benefits, and offers to partners/clients.
• Achieve monthly revenue/user acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, support, tech) for seamless onboarding and retention.

Who Should Apply:

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, merchant onboarding, app sales, or online product sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience working in fintech, internet, gaming, or app-based companies.
• Understanding of customer journeys on mobile apps or digital platforms.
• Highly motivated and target-driven mindset.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed (Basic + Allowance): ₹25,000/month
• Commission: ₹17,000 – ₹1,00,000/month based on performance

• Round 2: Face-to-Face (only if shortlisted)
