Job Description

Location: Jayanagar 5th Block, Bangalore (Onsite)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month + incentives
Experience: 2–4 years

Voyse Digital is hiring a Business Development Manager / Senior Executive who can independently drive lead conversion, client acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires someone confident in pitching, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound and inbound channels
  • Conduct discovery calls and client meetings (in-person or virtual)
  • Pitch digital marketing, social media management, website development, and branding services
  • Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships post-closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
  • Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, pitching, and closing skills
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, websites, or creative services
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
