Job Title Business Development Executive / Manager – Programmatic Advertising Job Type Full-time Location [Location / Remote / Hybrid] Job Description We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager with experience in programmatic advertising to grow our advertiser and agency partnerships. The ideal candidate understands the AdTech ecosystem and can drive revenue through strategic relationships and consultative selling. Responsibilities Identify and acquire new advertisers, agencies, and programmatic partners Build and manage strong relationships with brands, media agencies, DSPs, and SSPs Pitch programmatic solutions including Display, Video, Native, Mobile, and CTV Understand client objectives and recommend data-driven media strategies Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms Collaborate with Ad Ops and Campaign teams to ensure successful campaign delivery Track pipeline, revenue, and performance using CRM tools Stay updated on programmatic trends, privacy regulations, and market changes Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field 0–5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, AdTech sales, or digital media sales Strong knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and programmatic workflows Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets Preferred Qualifications Existing relationships with agencies or brand advertisers Experience selling programmatic display, video, native, or CTV Familiarity with audience targeting, data solutions, and campaign KPIs Benefits Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work in a fast-growing AdTech environment Career growth and learning opportunities Flexible work environment (if applicable) How to Apply Apply with your updated resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your programmatic advertising experience.
