Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive (Chat Support) at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and customer-focused chat support to address user queries and concerns. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling 100-150 chats daily with timely and accurate responses. - Maintaining a CSAT target of 70% or higher to ensure customer satisfaction. - Effectively addressing user queries and resolving platform-related issues. - Recording user concerns and providing solutions with follow-up via email. - Ensuring high-quality customer service while managing multiple conversations. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Preferred experience in chat support or customer service. - Excellent written communication skills in English. - Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously under pressure. - Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. - Comfortable working in a hybrid work model (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH). In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, our company offers: - Paid time off - Provident Fund - Performance bonus Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift timings from Monday to Friday. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Hindi is preferred. The work location is in person, and the shift timings include a day shift from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM and a split shift from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM & 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM (both shifts are 9 hours each), with 2 rotational days off.,
