Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales targets. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly target. Utilize best practices for sales methodology. Qualifications . MBA/BBA in Sales or relevant field. A passion for new business sales as well as keenness to grow existing relationships. A spirited and result oriented individual with the ability and ambition to create a mutual win-win situation. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Positive attitude and self motivated. Ability to take charge and deliver on results. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience 1-3 years in Sales or relevant field.. Experience in Edutech industry is a plus.
