We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Edutech team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and creating new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our solutions effectively to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets through effective strategies and execution. Identify and develop new business prospects while nurturing existing client relationships to drive growth. Engage in and manage intricate discussions with senior executives to secure favorable outcomes. Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Utilize industry best practices and proven sales techniques to enhance performance and close deals efficiently. Qualifications: Education: MBA/BBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Freshers/1-2 years of experience in sales or a relevant field; Must have experience in the Edutech industry. Skills: Demonstrated ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently in both written and spoken forms, ensuring messages are understood across diverse audiences. Proficient in prioritizing tasks, managing schedules and achieve goals efficiently. Capable of performing autonomously with minimal supervision while also thriving in team environments to accomplish shared objectives. Driven by a strong internal desire to succeed, consistently setting and achieving ambitious targets through proactive efforts. Working Hours: Shift: Night Shift to align with US business hours.
