Role Description This is a full-time, role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Marketing Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling market research, developing and implementing marketing plans, identifying potential customers, and generating sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining client relationships, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, presenting products and solutions, and driving revenue growth for the organization. Qualifications Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective strategies. Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to convert leads and drive business results. Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients and present ideas persuasively. Strong organizational skills, a self-motivated mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in the construction, manufacturing, or building materials sector is an advantage. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in uPVC or Aluminium Sales is required. Minimum 2-3years experience in Sales and Marketing.
