Full job description We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing online education platform . The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales targets. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly target. Utilize best practices for sales methodology. Qualifications: MBA in Marketing or relevant post-graduate degree. Minimum 2 year of target carrying sales experience or internship experience, in the edtech or online learning space is compulsory. A passion for new business sales as well as keenness to grow existing relationships. A spirited and result oriented individual with the ability and ambition to create a mutual win-win situation. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Positive attitude and self motivated. Ability to take charge and deliver on results. Demonstrable track record of over-achieving target.
