Requirements Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 36 years of proven sales experience in packaging / cosmetics / FMCG or related industry. Strong knowledge of packaging materials (PET, HDPE, Glass) and their applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage key accounts effectively. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel within India (and internationally when required).
