We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Representative – Nagpur Region Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Field-Based Role) Organization: Medyseva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Industry: HealthTech | Rural Telemedicine About Us: Medyseva is a pioneering health-tech startup focused on bridging the urban-rural healthcare gap through telemedicine-enabled satellite clinics. We work with senior doctors, hospitals, and government stakeholders to bring affordable, accessible, and high-quality healthcare to India’s remote regions. We are now looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to drive and manage our Doctor Consortium operations and Satellite Clinics in the Nagpur region. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the Doctor Consortium Network in Nagpur Regularly meet and engage with existing consortium partner doctors Onboard new doctors and expand the consortium in nearby urban areas Supervise and support the functioning of rural satellite clinics Identify and assess new locations for setting up telemedicine clinics Coordinate with field staff, nurses, and center heads to ensure smooth clinical operations Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in both urban and rural healthcare setups Plan and execute local marketing campaigns (offline + digital) to increase patient footfall Conduct ATL/BTL marketing activities like vehicle announcements, pamphlet distribution, and awareness drives Support other marketing initiatives and brand-building efforts as needed Qualifications: MBA in Marketing , Healthcare Management , Hospital Administration , or a related field 1–3 years of experience in healthcare sales, field operations, or rural outreach preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel extensively across Nagpur and nearby districts Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable in field-based roles What We Offer: Opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare innovation and social impact Exposure to high-growth startup culture with regional expansion plans Hands-on experience in rural healthcare transformation Competitive compensation and growth opportunities To Apply: Send your resume and a short cover letter to [email protected] or WhatsApp it at +91 7987258637 Join us in shaping the future of rural healthcare in India!
