We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Representative – Nagpur Region

About Us:

Medyseva is a pioneering health-tech startup focused on bridging the urban-rural healthcare gap through telemedicine-enabled satellite clinics. We work with senior doctors, hospitals, and government stakeholders to bring affordable, accessible, and high-quality healthcare to India’s remote regions.

We are now looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to drive and manage our Doctor Consortium operations and Satellite Clinics in the Nagpur region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Doctor Consortium Network in Nagpur
• Regularly meet and engage with existing consortium partner doctors
• Onboard new doctors and expand the consortium in nearby urban areas
• Supervise and support the functioning of rural satellite clinics
• Identify and assess new locations for setting up telemedicine clinics
• Coordinate with field staff, nurses, and center heads to ensure smooth clinical operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in both urban and rural healthcare setups
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns (offline + digital) to increase patient footfall
• Conduct ATL/BTL marketing activities like vehicle announcements, pamphlet distribution, and awareness drives
• Support other marketing initiatives and brand-building efforts as needed

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare sales, field operations, or rural outreach preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across Nagpur and nearby districts
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable in field-based roles
