Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Executive for our industrial automation solutions, your role will involve promoting and selling our Digitalization solution, SCADA System & Services, and Industrial Automation products like HMI, PLC, VFD, Servo & SCADA solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities in industrial automation across various sectors. - Promoting and selling customized automation solutions, including HMI, PLC, SCADA, and panels. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their automation needs and offer tailored solutions. - Collaborating with the technical team to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. - Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility. - Conducting market research to identify trends, competition, and customer preferences. - Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet sales targets. - Preparing and presenting proposals, quotations, and sales reports to management. - Maintaining a strong knowledge of EXOR, OMRON, and Siemens products to effectively communicate benefits and technical details to customers. - Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and providing after-sales support. Qualifications required for this role include: - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - High level of integrity and professionalism. - Team player with a hands-on attitude, a "Never give-up" & continuous learning approach. This is a full-time position with a day shift and a fixed schedule. The job location is in person.
