Job Description

As a member of the OMRON Industrial Automation team, you will play a crucial role in creating social value by improving manufacturing processes that support a sustainable society. Your responsibilities will include engaging in pre-sales activities such as conducting customer visits for detailed application studies and collaborating with the Sales/System Integrator team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate automation solutions and products. Additionally, you will be involved in designing system architecture, preparing bill of materials (BOM), and submitting Proof of Concept (PoC) reports to the sales team for advanced automation applications. In the project execution phase, you will develop application programs for automation products, conduct installation and commissioning of automation projects for customers within specified timelines, and closely monitor project execution in collaboration with channel partner engineers. Furthermore, you will work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient execution and positioning of project applications.
