Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive will support sales planning, basic forecasting, business development, and marketing activities to help achieve company growth targets. This role focuses on lead generation, client coordination, follow-ups, and execution-level marketing support.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Planning Support

• Assist in monthly sales planning and simple forecasting
• Track daily/weekly sales data and prepare basic reports
• Follow up on leads and support deal closure
• Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel

Business Development (BDE Tasks)

• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team
• Prepare basic proposals and presentations
• Maintain relationships with existing and new clients

Marketing Activities

• Support digital marketing efforts (email campaigns, LinkedIn, WhatsApp marketing)
• Coordinate with vendors/agency for marketing materials
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Assist in promotional campaigns and events

Coordination & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of sales & marketing concepts
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client interaction
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn sales planning and forecasting

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred)
• MBA / PG Diploma (Marketing) – Added Advantage

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / BDE
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered
