Sales & Marketing Executive – Tyre Recycling Machinery (B2B)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell Tyre Recycling Machinery across India. The role involves identifying potential markets and clients, including existing recyclers and entrepreneurs planning to start new recycling businesses. This is a pure B2B sales role involving PAN India travel, client meetings, technical discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for tyre recycling machinery across PAN India
  • Target existing recycling companies, waste management firms, scrap dealers, and new entrepreneurs planning to enter the recycling business
  • Generate leads through market research, cold calling, references, exhibitions, and industry networks
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and machine demonstrations
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable machine solutions
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Market & Client Research

  • Identify potential recycling hubs, industrial zones, and upcoming projects
  • Track industry trends, government policies, and environmental regulations related to recycling
  • Maintain a database of prospects, leads, and competitors

Marketing Support

  • Coordinate with the marketing team for brochures, presentations, exhibitions, and digital promotions
  • Participate in trade fairs, expos, and industry events
  • Collect market feedback and share insights with management

Post-Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and installation
  • Ensure smooth communication between client and technical/service teams
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA (Marketing / Sales) – Preferred

Experience

  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in
  • Industrial machinery
  • Recycling / waste management equipment
  • Capital goods or heavy equipment sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹35,104.35 per month
