Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage telephone-based customer interactions. The role involves handling product enquiries, following up on leads, managing feedback, and supporting the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding product enquiries, pricing, and availability. Follow up with prospective leads and convert them into confirmed sales opportunities. Maintain an accurate database of customer interactions, sales records, and feedback. Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner. Collect and document customer feedback to help improve products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled efficiently. Provide information about ongoing offers, new product launches, and follow-up post-sales. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and represent the company in a professional manner. Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, sales performance, and satisfaction levels. Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline, with 1–3 years of experience in customer service or telesales preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage calls effectively, handle pressure, and multitask. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software tools. Positive attitude, active listening, and a customer-first mindset. Fluency in local language and English is preferred.
