Job Summary: We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-oriented Jewellery Sales Executive to assist customers at the counter, provide product information, and ensure a pleasant buying experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sales aptitude, and basic knowledge of jewellery. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewellery as per their requirements. Explain product details, making charges, purity, and current gold/silver rates. Showcase products with confidence and upsell wherever possible. Ensure the counter is clean, well-stocked, and displays are maintained. Process billing and handle customer queries or complaints effectively. Maintain records of sales and follow up with customers when needed. Stay updated with latest product lines, trends, and promotional offers. Candidate Profile: Any Education, with 1–3 years of jewellery or retail sales experience or Fresher can apply too. Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Knowledge of gold purity, jewellery types, and pricing is preferred. Well-groomed, polite, and confident in dealing with customers. Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
