Job Title: Jewellery Retail Sales Executive Location: Ghod dod road Industry: Retail – Jewellery Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–5 years (preferably in jewellery or luxury retail) Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery items Provide detailed product information including material, pricing, and features Achieve individual and team sales targets Handle customer inquiries, billing, and after-sales service Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays Assist in inventory checks and stock maintenance Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Stay updated with current jewellery trends and collections Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-oriented with the ability to meet targets Presentable appearance with a customer-first approach Basic knowledge of jewellery types (training may be provided) Ability to work in a team and under pressure Qualifications: Minimum HSC or Graduate in any discipline Prior experience in jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage Salary and Benefits: Salary based on experience and performance Sales incentives and bonuses as applicable Company-provided benefits (if any) Working Hours: Shift timing: [e.g., 10:00 am to 7:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm] Weekly off between Monday and Thursday (rotational) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
