Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible professional to manage end-to-end coordination with flat buyers – from documentation and registry to handover. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments. The candidate will be the key point of contact for all buyer-related communication and will ensure smooth processes and timely reporting to the management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete coordination with flat buyers for registry, loan documentation, paperwork, and final handover.
  • Call and meet customers to discuss outstanding dues and required documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring queries and complaints are resolved within TAT.
  • Coordinate with site teams for work updates and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Ensure preparation and delivery of demand letters, manage documentation, and follow up on all formalities.
  • Ensure outstanding amount is followed up and received, with proper coordination with the accounts team.
  • Liaison with internal departments for seamless coordination and timely updates to the management.
  • Travel regularly to project sites to meet clients and monitor progress when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in CRM, documentation, or client servicing, preferably in real estate.
  • Prior experience in direct client-facing roles is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Hindi and English.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler (Activa) for field visits and site meetings.

Job Details:

  • Working Days: Monday to Sunday (1 weekly off of your choice)
  • Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Travel Required: Yes, frequent site visits are mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
