Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience to lead sales, marketing, recovery, and customer operations for our residential real estate projects. This leadership role includes team management, government liaison, branding, and direct reporting to management . Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end sales of residential flats – from inquiry to possession. Manage a team of sales executives and telecallers , including hiring and training. Handle customer visits, bookings, agreements, settlements , and recovery. Liaison with local authorities, RERA , and other relevant departments. Coordinate with project, accounts, and legal teams for execution and updates. Oversee branding, marketing campaigns , and project communications. Ensure smooth customer experiences and resolve issues promptly. Share regular performance and project reports with management. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in residential real estate sales and marketing. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience in government liaison and regulatory compliance . Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
