Administrative & Legal Executive Department : Administration / Legal Location : Andheri Type : Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage both administrative and legal functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will provide support to day-to-day operations, ensure legal compliance, manage documentation, and liaise with legal counsel when needed. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Responsibilities: Manage office operations, supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management. Maintain records, files, and documentation systems (digital and physical). Organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Oversee internal communication and support interdepartmental coordination. Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative functions. Manage asset inventory and ensure proper upkeep and utilization. Legal Responsibilities: Draft, review, and maintain legal documents including contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and agreements. Assist with compliance requirements under applicable laws (labor, corporate, etc.). Liaise with external legal counsel on ongoing matters and litigation. Monitor deadlines for legal filings, renewals, and licenses. Support in internal audits and ensure timely filing of statutory documents. Maintain confidential legal files and correspondence. Key Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Legal drafting and contract management knowledge Understanding of statutory compliance and corporate law Discretion in handling sensitive information Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools Preferred Experience Experience in handling corporate legal matters and office administration Familiarity with labor laws, compliance frameworks, and regulatory filings Prior experience working with cross-functional teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
