Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive / Officer / Manager (depending on level)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling, networking, or referrals.
Pitch products or services to clients and explain their benefits.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Marketing Duties:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services.
Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and preferences.
Manage promotional campaigns (digital and traditional marketing).
Create and oversee content for social media, email newsletters, brochures, and advertisements.
Analyze campaign performance and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.
Coordinate with design, product, and other departments for branding consistency.
Specific Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
MBA or additional certifications in Digital Marketing or Sales is a plus (for higher-level roles).
Experience:
Entry-level: 1 years (for assistant roles).
Mid-level: 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing.
Senior-level: 5+ years, often with team leadership experience.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive, confident, and self-motivated.
Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, social media marketing).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (like Salesforce, HubSpot).
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel (if the role involves fieldwork or client visits).
Fluency in local language(s) and English.
