Position : Manager Project Digitalisation & Process Excellence Location: Hyderabad (travelling across all projects PAN India) Naure of Job : Permanent Job Description: Implementation & Strategy: Develop a structured roadmap for the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital tools. Lead the implementation of digital solution across all projects in alignment with Systra’s digital transformation strategy. Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand their needs and customize of the digital tools features accordingly. Ensure that the digital tools are fully integrated with project workflows, enhancing productivity and project tracking capabilities. Training & Adoption: Provide comprehensive training programs for project teams, consultants, and clients on various digital solutions. Ensure effective usage and adoption of digital tools by conducting periodic audits and user assessments. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to create a digital-first culture within the organization. Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement: Monitor tool usage and analyze implementation performance metrics to identify areas of improvement. Support process formulation and audits across PMC projects to ensure compliance with digital workflows. Develop dashboards and reports tailored to client and project requirements to track project progress. Identify gaps and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience. Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Liaise with clients, project teams, and senior management to showcase the value proposition of digital tools. Conduct weekly meetings with project teams and clients to ensure the successful implementation of digital tools. Present progress reports, issue logs, and implementation roadmaps to top management. Support clients and teams in digital adoption challenges and ensure resolution of technical issues. Technology & Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest developments in digital project management and AI-driven construction tools . Research emerging digital trends in construction and PMC projects to propose new innovations. Work closely with the development team to enhance and customize digital tools as per market needs. Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline). Master’s degree in Management (MBA or equivalent specialization in Project Management, Digital Transformation, or Technology Management). Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the implementation of digital tools within PMC/Construction projects. Experience in project digitalization, process automation, and change management within large-scale infrastructure projects. Proven track record in problem-solving and technology adoption in project environments. Technical & Soft Skills: Strong knowledge of Digital Project Management platforms, BIM, GIS, and digital twin technology. Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive digital transformation decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive technology adoption across multiple projects.

Overview This role shall strategize, ideate, conceptualize, scope and demonstrate the value of innovative digital solutions. Digitization shall be used for both service re-imagination and building operational efficiency. You will see how the current set of services is being delivered and reimagine them by technology and process re-engineering. You will also look at manual processes and advise solutions for automation. The role will require knowledge of solutions and tools available in the market and capability to think how technology could be leveraged in the organization business context. The occupant will take a problem area and run through solution identification process: define problem, identify solution options, develop business case and do solution pilot and scope implementation. Job Summary: The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, sharing and maintaining engineering documents and vendor documents in digital formats. This role ensures that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, securely stored, and easily accessible to authorized personnel along with up-to-date Master Deliverable List (MDL) / Document Control Index (DCI) Key Responsibilities: Receive, register, and maintain control of all project documents. Ensure proper document formatting, naming, coding, and version control. Distribute and track documents in accordance with project or company procedures. Maintain confidentiality and security of documents in accordance with data protection and company policies. Collaborate with various departments to ensure documentation compliance and accuracy. Create and maintain document templates and document control procedures. Conduct regular audits of document management systems and update as required. Archive inactive records and ensure retrieval systems are efficient. Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent a degree or certification in records management, administration, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience as a document controller or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document control software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS). Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of industry standards related to document control (e.g., ISO 9001) is an advantage. Preferred Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. 1. Digital Solution Implementation: Partner with Site teams for all ongoing Digitalization projects execution as per project timelines. Ensure the timeline adherence and highlight the challenges within appropriate timeline to Digitalization head and leadership to avoid delay for all critical projects like e Log, WIP, BLPS and others. Prepare a harmonization plan for all the digitalisation projects as per One Amneal vision and ensure the adherence for same. Identify, evaluate, and implement new digital technologies to enhance operational processes and efficiency. Coordinate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of digital solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance on digital tools and platforms to support project execution. 2. Leadership and Strategy: Work along with Digitalization Head to develop and implement a comprehensive digitalization strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Lead the digital transformation efforts within the operations team, focusing on both short-term and long-term goals. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of digital systems. 7. Continuous Improvement: Monitor industry trends and advancements in digital technologies to identify opportunities for future projects. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and suggestions from team members and stakeholders. Provide training and support to operations teams on new digital tools and processes. Qualifications for External Candidates 1. Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy/Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digitalization or IT projects within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex digital projects. Experience with digital tools and technologies, such as e-logs, barcode systems, IoT, AI, and blockchain. 3. Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
